Subscriptions
We collect a termly subscription, currently £50 due at the beginning of a term.
With this we pay for the cost of the weekly meetings and badges. We also provide a new scarf on your child joining us.
Fundraising
We use the money we raise to reduce the cost of the membership fee and of our activities. Please ensure you do all you can to support our troop.
Gift Aid
We have already recovered over £10,000 through Gift Aid which is used directly to reduce the cost of membership and activities. With tax currently at 20% we can increase the value of your subscription from £50 to £62.50 (which works out at over £6,000 extra a year if everyone signs up).
You can confirm your agreement to us collecting the Gift Aid on your child's subscription by signing into OSM and completing a few details there.
Alternatively you can download the Gift Aid form here and return it to your leader at the next meeting.
Easyfundraising
Collect free donations every time you shop the easyfundraising way. If you already shop online with retailers such as Amazon, M&S, Argos, John Lewis, Comet, Vodafone, eBay, Boden and Play.com, then we need you to sign up for free, to raise money while you shop. You shop directly with the retailer as you would normally, but if you sign up here to for free and use the links on the easyfundraising site to take you to the retailer, then a percentage of whatever you spend comes directly to us at no extra cost to yourself. We've raised nearly £500 so far so please sign up and encourage friends and relatives to sign up to by sharing the link.
