Explorer Scouts (14 - 18)

 

Explorers are a district provision for ages 14-18 with their own scarf. Individual units can be sponsored by a Scout Group. G40 are now sponsoring the Blackheath ESU (BESU) and this will be formalised with a Partnership Agreement. In practice, this means that BESU will be a seventh section of G40.

These programmes are delivered through Royal Greenwich Scouts.

The Scout Promise

There are a number of variations of the Scout Promise to reflect the range of faiths, beliefs and attitudes, and nationalities, in the UK within Scouting. Please speak to a leader if you'd like more information on the Promises available.
